Please save the date for the July 21st meeting from 10:00am-12:00 pm at Boom! Health located at 3144 3rd Avenue, 2nd floor Bronx, NY.

Subject: Upcoming C2P Bronx Working Group Meetings
Dear Colleagues-
This is a reminder that the next scheduled C2P meeting is on Tuesday, June 16 at 2pm at the Adolescent AIDS Program at Montefiore (3rd floor conference room). Our address is 3514 Wayne Avenue just south of Gun Hill Road.
As a follow up to our recent retreat, we agreed to prioritize three committees and hold the committee meetings as part of the whole group meeting.
The three committees which will be providing up-dates are:
1- Youth Committee- Bronx Youth Serving Realness which this week held a meeting and will update on summer plans.
2- Linkage to Care
3- School Health
Additionally, Maria Perez has requested time on our agenda so that Robin Newman from the School of Visual Arts (Design for Social Innovation) to provide an update on a website she developed for homeless LGBTQ youth to find, review, and share information on shelters anonymously.
We look forward to your participation and also have an exciting update about a potential new hire for C2P coordinator.
Let us know if you are coming or are unable to attend. Please note that we are having difficulty posting to the BOOYAH group and if there are folks who should be on this email that are not please forward to them and send a note to Lissette to add to the email list. If you would like to post to the list please do.
