Hello C2P Coalition members!

 

As this is my last day as C2P Bronx Coordinator I just want to say THANK YOU for your continued dedication to the work of the Coalition, and for your passion in supporting youth!

 

It has been truly a pleasure doing this work with all of you and I can’t think of a time when I felt more welcomed, supported, and inspired! As I will not be going far (I’ll be transitioning to the Office of Community and Population Health at Montefiore) I’m sure our paths will continue to cross. I do hope so!
