could someone help me, for some reason whenever someone makes a post
on this forum i get an e-mail and i dont know how to stop it.

Simply click here: http://groups.google.com/group/bonsaihelp?hl=en

Then click on "Edit my membership" on the right side of the page. From
there you can change your subscription options. You can get one email
per day with all the day's posts or stop them altogether...
