Hi,

I am using analoginput to read from a Nidaq and using LogEvent ( see image) right after.
The analoginput has a buffer of 10 and Frame rate of 1000 Hz.
when I look at the log, the number of log entries never matches the number of data points in my actual data from the bin file.
To be concrete: I get 1597 log entries which means 15970 data points, but the data from the bin file has 16050 data points, which means 8 analoginput entries were not logged.

Have you got any suggestion why it happens? Should I use a different logging method?
I am currently using the BonVision Logger to make sure everything is synchronised to the stimulus.

Thanks

Hi Liad,

Can you share the workflow you are using for this? It would be helpful to clarify a few points on implementation.
