Hi Lief,

The Address property of SendMessage is not used to specify the IP address of the client or server. It is just the logical address for message handling which is part of the OSC protocol.

Rather, the IP address and port are specified as part of the underlying connection properties which are configured using the CreateUdpClient source which is required to use these nodes. I'm attaching a modified workflow as an example. In general, it is easiest to start by sending a simple test message using data from the keyboard or mouse just to see if you can send and receive messages across different processes or computers. For this you can use the OSC - Send Message and OSC - Receive Message examples which are available in the bonsai Gallery.
