I think I've seen this just once before when installing on a new computer, and I seem to remember that rebooting helped. Does the error persist? If so, let us know the operating system and whether you installed the 32-bit or 64-bit version of the drivers/package.

I noticed something strange too. All my packages are using OpenCV 3.3.1 but when I install the Spinnaker package, it replaces version 3.3.1 with version 3.4. 

Every package that uses OpenCV starts to show error messages.

I managed to get it working again reinstalling bonsai and installing Spinnaker package before any other packages that uses OpenCV.
