HARP hardware bonsai interface information

Hi, 

I'm searching for documentation on HARP hardware + bonsai interface. Has anyone found any helpful resources for implementing the commands for HARP hardware? Any documentation for the HARP library? Are they straightforward, like the arduino "digital input/output" type of commands?

Hi Daniela,

Do you mean for implementing your own devices, or for using specific kinds of devices?

There is a generic interface available in the Bonsai Harp package for manipulating low level messages, using the CreateMessage, Format and Parse nodes. These should allow you to create and interpret any Harp message, as long as you know the data type of the registers.

All Harp devices send Harp messages as output and receive Harp messages as input.
