Hey guys,
I am the one responsible for breaking stuff in the new release. I have tested extensively on my setup, but apparently some bugs have slipped in. Sorry for the hickups.
Now, while I cant't prepare a new release by myself as I don't have write access and Jakub seems to be out of town for a couple of days, I can still look at issues so they can be fixed as soon as the boss is back.
In order to look at issues, please attach both stack dump and your current web.config file, as well as some steps to reproduce the problem.
If Bonobo Git is mission critical for you, I would advise you go back to 4.0 until the issues are ironed out.
