The repository cloning is not working it shows an error

An error occurred when processing your request. Please try again or contact the system administrator.

The cloning and commit was working till yesterday . After the last commit this error seems to pop when trying to access it through browser.

When tried to clone it says the repository

warning: You appear to have cloned an empty repository.

I've checked error log file in app_data not able to fix the problem
