saving micro-Ct scan data to a file in standard DICOM format

Dear BoneJ experts,

Thanks to ImageJ and BoneJ I could read a set of Micro-CT images from Scanco CT scanner.
I am looking into the possibility to save them to a file in standard DICOM format.
Unluckily, neither ImageJ or BoneJ seem to have the DICOM output feature.

I wonder whether there exists a plugin or another s/w tool to convert from proprietary ISQ format to DICOM format.

If you really must save as DICOM, try this:
http://santec.tudor.lu/project/dicom

Most software understands TIFF, PNG or BMP as well. ImageJ preserves DICOM header metadata when saving as TIFF.
