Connectivity measurement

Dear All,

I am measuring the connectivity of thresholded trabecular bone using
bone J. Before I use the connectivity plugin I use the purify plugin.
When I click on the purify plugin a setup box comes up. There are 2
options that I want to enquire about. The first is "Labelling
algorithm". What is the difference between the "multithreaded" and
"linear". The second is "Chunk Size". What does this mean?

These options are described in the manual for the particle analyser.

Purify is just a specialised implementation of particle labelling where the smaller particles are automatically removed after they have been identified.
