YesPatients who have had osteoporosis an treated by bisphosphonates (alendronate) may have got higher mineralized tissue density but relatively lower BV/TV,and also patients with osteomlacia have got lower tissues mineral density due to lack fully mineralization process.CheersAli Ghasem-Zadeh
