BoneJ version 1.3.6 is out and you can get it here:

It fixes an important bug in Connectivity which fell into a
never-ending loop if it was run on single-slice image.

A new command, Triple Point Angles, has been added for measuring
angles between branches on triple points in a skeletonized image.
Angles can be measured either between opposite vertices (good for
straight branches), or part-way up the branches (good for curved
branches).
