Bombono DVD 0.9 released: "FFmpeg'ed"

Bleeding edge Bombono DVD 0.9 is now available for download at:

Changelog:
* BmD is able to import all that ffmpeg can handle, not only
DVD-compliant videos (AVI/MKV/MOV/TS/MPG/MPEG4/WEBM/OGG/...);
excellent "frame by frame" access is retained
* Transcoding is to be done when required:
- Black padding for not DVD-aspect videos
- All audio streams being transcoded, not only first one
- Audio transcoding bitrate: 320kbit/s, not 448kbit/s
- Multi-threading is turned off because it is useless (with ffmpeg)
1) for decoding at all, 2) for encoding, I can't find a better
perfomance case with -threads N
