YOGA HAS NO TRADE MARK – BABA.

Swami during an interview, clarified, that there is no brand or trade mark for Yoga. Yoga is only one,  and that is union with God. This is an exercise for mind, and no physical involvement.

Many people give brand name for Yoga, and derive commercial benefits. They add more adjectives, and activities with the so called yoga.

The best yoga for a devotee, is  to Love god immensely, without any preconditions, with total saranagathi. The “Thrikarana” should work in unison.  The “Thrikarana”, are the Mind,  the Speech, and the actions. All these three should be  based on Pure Love.  When you are engaged in your life in such a noble way, the Lord will guide you to reach him, which is the ultimate goal of Yoga. The devotees can derive inspiration from Gopikas, and gopakas.
