Subtle !! God is Much more than that. (Parabrahma).
Swami was once on a picnic with students and some senior
devotees in Kodaikanal. Swami was also enjoying the vast expanse of the hilly
areas. There was a small stream of water falls nearby. Sitting there among the
students, Swami developed a topic.
“You think that Swami
is sitting here and that Swami
is subjected to some physical
limitations. Swami can know anything
happening anywhere. God is all pervading. Does not require a home to live, a
car to travel, nor any equipments for communication purposes. The most subtle
power in the globe is the Divine Power. Swami may leave the body and stay put as all pervading
Divine power. Once out of body, this Sai is Sri Rama, Sri Krishna, Eashwara,
Amba and every Divine entity. Sai is
Para Brahma”.
Swami continued,
“The Divine principle exists in five forms in the universe.
These are known as Pancha Bhootas, the
five elements. The earth principle (Prithvi), is in solid form of creation, normally immobile. The
earth needs some other force or efforts to other places.
Apas, water, is in
liquidity state, and moves of its own,
but it is always in touch with Earth.
The magnetic force of Earth, makes water
flow towards lower levels. Water is subtler than earth, and hence the ability
to move.
Agni, (Fire principles), though it originates from Earth principle, is more
subtler than water. The flame moves upwards from earth. The earth is also
providing the burning materials for fire to flare up.
Subtler than Fire is
the Vayu. Unlike liquid or fire principles, the air will move of its own to any part of world.
Even more subtler element
is the Akasha, known as ether. The ether pervades all over the regions of creations. Every inch
of the globe is filled with Akasha.
This illustrates that the elements when becoming more and more subtler, can traverse or pervade anywhere.
The God, who had created the universe is subtler than any
subtle forms. He is all pervading. God is all pervading energy. God can
penetrate even more subtle stages, such as thought process, sound, light and
many other Divine powers.”
