Quiz for Dada - Rajyog, 1.30 pm, Sunday 18 January

As most of you are aware, our beloved Anannya Deb aka Dada left for the great quiz in the sky - while competing in a quiz here on earth - on Friday, 9 January.

This Sunday, the Bombay Quiz Club will host a Memorial Session for our former Acting President and Hall of Famer. The session will be run like a quiz with randomised teams as we usually do, but without scores and leaderboard points. You're all encouraged to get 5-10 questions on subjects close to Dada's heart (Kaalchaar, Sport, and whatever else you would like to remember Dada by), and we will run as many of those questions as we can. Please also feel free to add a few words capturing your memories of Dada. You can send me the sets in advance via WhatsApp or by Mail (dg.ab...@gmail.com) and we can use my laptop to run the questions.

But even if you can't get questions, come anyway. Dada always believed in broadening horizons, and this will be our humble attempt to take his legacy forward even as we come to terms with this loss.

So come this Sunday to Rajyog at 1.30 pm. Come for Dada.
