There is very good AIR apps Tour the flex , u must be knowing it it contains Framework . There you will get all details as well as example.

Thanks Aniket!!

But I am working on Intuit Application SDK so I want good hands on
cairngorm coding, so any other assignments or trainig sessions just
like David Tucker has given.
