How to read XML

Hi All,

Please help me to read this xml..in this xml there are more than one tags for agriculture, education etc..i need a generalised function so that i can read any number of repeated attributes. Here 'matches' is the total number of facets like (agriculture,education,energy,finance,health,industry).
