Programmers for it’s e-learning product: Mindspark
(www.mindspark.in).
Mindspark is an online adaptive learning program which personalizes
learning as per the needs of the student. Currently Mindspark is being
used by more than 20,000 students in more than 70 schools.
Educational Initiatives is a 10 year old company in the e-learning
segment and offers a fantastic chance for rapid career growth. This is
a full time requirement and you will be operating from our head office
which is based in Ahmedabad.

Job Description Details:

1) Position: Senior Flex Programmer (Product Architect)

2) Key Skills Required:
• 2-4 years of experience
• Actionscript 3 Advanced Knowledge
• Flex Work Experience
• HTML, Javascript, CSS, XML
• Object Oriented Design and Development background
• MCA/B-Tech Computer Science
• Strong understanding of software development life-cycle and
best
practices
• Ability to gather requirements, design, code and test
independently
