Hello,

I played with Bombax over the weekend and so far I am impressed, Its
simple, very fast and productive. While it lays a good foundation, it
misses critical components to enable usage in large applications. Its
highly recommended that you look at implementing a MVC framework on
top of the existing Bombax framework. Not only will it allow for
better code reuse, but also improve testability a great deal.

There are several well designed frameworks that you can "borrow" ideas
from.

Hi, Werner. Indeed, I agree it would be beneficial to expand the 'M'
and 'V' feature sets. Right now we have BXML for the view and the
database connections for the model, but in the future we have an ORM
system and bundlings with Cappuccino et al planned. I don't want us
to get too stuck into a particular idiom like RoR, but making it as
easy and fast as possible for folks to build well-designed,
sophisticated systems is absolutely our goal and we continually
evaluate other frameworks for ideas towards this end. Thanks for your
input!
Sincerely,
