How do I remove a location from the GUI?

Selecting the instance and clicking Remove Location always does
nothing once I select an option form the dialog that appears, and I
have to remove the instance, then re-add the location. IS there
something else I should be doing?

The released version has a bug where the instance's location tree is out of sync.  Until the new release and its bug fix for this, please try restarting Bombax.app and then removing the location.  When Bombax.app starts it will recreate the tree and it should be correct.
