As this month is the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 14 mission, I've been
enjoying some fascinating archive material on YouTube.
For the third lunar landing, the Mission Conrol team had to circumvent a hardware problem with the "Abort" switch with a nifty bit of software patching:
And I learnt that their Lunar Module's fuel tank had undergone "keyhole surgery" to retro-fit a set of baffles after manufacture:
