So I have an app from which I need to open a route in Sygic Truck & Caravan GPS Navigation.I'm from India so its tough to test this as Sygic Truck & Caravan GPS Navigation App isnt aviavle in indian app store.I am able to do it for Sygic GPS Navigation via com.sygic.aura://coordinate15.0659147.73341drive, but what do I use for sygic truck.Curently my app has a action sheet which diaplays both options sygic truck & sygic navigation.Onclick of sygic navigation the route opens in Sygic GPS Navigation app.But it doesnt for Sygic Truck & Caravan GPS Navigation (confirmed via my client who uses the EU app store).
I bought Sygic truck caravan edition app for android (around 50 GBP) for my trip from UK to Bulgaria - 1700 miles. I tested it in UK and it was suggesting to drive in the opposite direction - right. I thought this is not a big issue, because I will need it for the rest of the countries on my route. When I crossed the channel I was badly surprised - It suggested to drive on the left, taking exits in opposite direction. The application was useless and I had to switch to Google Maps.
I logged this with Sygic support and I asked for refund. The lady explained that this is already fixed "a long time ago" (my trip was 19th - 22nd of December 2022 ) and they cannot refund my money. I checked the reviews on Google Store and it looks like this was not a new issue. I do not know if it is fixed and I will never understand because I am not planning to use this application again.

An admission from her that it was a known problem from " a long time go " and that it had been fixed, but obviously not and she made no mention that he would have to purchase an option to cure the fault !
