Subject: NWCSL Administrators

 

Please advise all NWCSL administrators (i.e. those who enter results), that at the end of this winter season, all admin rights will be revoked.

 

There are currently 297 administrators, some of which are active, others who are no longer.

 

We just need to tidy up the system.

 

In addition :

 

1.       Email addresses, associated with each account, need to be verified, so every administrator can be contacted if necessary.

2.       Where multiple users use one admin account, this needs to be changed so each users has their own account.

3.       Instructions need sending to everyone to stop results being entered incorrectly.

 

 

Once the admin accounts have been disabled, they will only be re-enabled once the user in question actually emails me. The incoming email will be assigned against their account.
