Subject: NWCSL Administrators

Please advise all NWCSL administrators (i.e. those who enter results), that at the end of this winter season, all admin rights will be revoked.

 

There are currently 297 administrators, some of which are active, others who are no longer.

 

We just need to tidy up the system.

 

In addition :

 

1.       Email addresses, associated with each account, need to be verified, so every administrator can be contacted if necessary.

2.       Where multiple users use one admin account, this needs to be changed so all users have their own account.

3.       Instructions need sending to everyone to stop results being entered incorrectly.

 

 

Once the admin accounts have been disabled, they will only be re-enabled once the user in question actually emails through a request. The incoming email address will be assigned against their account.

 

Further reminders will be sent out nearer the time, and after the end of this season.
