Scheduling a Google+ Hangout

Hey everyone,

Since it seems like coordinating a Google+ Hangout may be a bit difficult, I thought a separate thread was necessary so we could let people continue their travel/sports discussions without interruption. I set up a when2meet, so just fill out your availability and we can decide on a time once we see when the most people are free. Cool?

It seems like the greatest number of us are available between 6-7pm and 11-midnight on Sunday, July 22. I just realized that the when2meet may not take into account different time zones. When I set it up, I was processing all of the times in terms of EDT. Does that change you all's availability? If not, would you prefer 6-7pm or 11-midnight?

Maybe I can make it a live broadcast, so once we're at capacity, the others can still see. I haven't used Live before so I'm not sure about the logistics but I'll figure it out. If not, once a few of us leave, as I'm sure will happen, I can add those who couldn't join the conversation initially.

Clinton or Cameron, do you want to invite people to one hangout and I invite them to the other? (I only got 9 responses on the when2meet so I thought we'd avoid this issue. oops!) 

People can just alternate between the two at will. I'm thinking if we were to say, "Ok, now everyone from Hangout 1 move to Hangout 2," we'll end up with the same people just in a different hangout. Any other suggestions?
