FYI, there is now a Facebook group for the 2666 group read: http://www.facebook.com/groups.php#/group.php?gid=268214724492
The main advantage (that I see) of this FB group is the discussion tab wherein you can have threaded subjects. You can also do that in gmail via bolano-l, but I guess there are some folks who'd rather join a facebook group than a google group. Something for everyone, I hope.
And I've posted about our German counterparts here: http://www.bolanobolano.com/2010/01/08/2666-hours/
They note that the 15 week schedule is roughly 2,666 hours!
