Looking for a fresher

My name is Jeya Balaji, working for an MNC in Bangalore.  I work with java technologies, mainly into web designing.


I have a small website to be designed, and thought of getting a fresher's help.

Skills expected
* Strong in java
* Familiar with jsp
* Experience in designing websites

Preferred
* Know jsf
* Gone through ajax
* Had implemented dynamic website

What you gain?

* If successful in this project, further projects may be allotted

What is expected?
