Help in sending SMS using jsp

HI,

I want to create a website which will allow the users to send sms from it in jsp/Servlet.

Requirements to be fulfilled,

1) Sending single sms at a time,
2) Broadcasting  upto 100 sms at a time.
3) Controlling the throughput .
4) Distributing the throughput within concurrent the clients.

Usually SMS sending is done through third party SMS service vendors
Most of the SMS service vendors provide their services through HTTP GET POST requests.  So writing code in Java for sending HTTP request to the SMS API won't be a big deal
