August Schedule and organizers meeting

Ok folks in August we are restructuring and reorganizing a bit to
spread out the game days a bit better over the week and month.

for August there is only one game day scheduled

Hobby Towne USA every Saturday at Noon. Hobbytowne USA at the corner
of Ustick and Cole in Boise.

on Wednesday the 15th of August all Organizers and GM's are invited to
a Lunch meeting (1pm) at The Sockeye bar and Grill on Cole Road.
drinks will be provided. food is on your own tab. all organizers
should attend. if you are unable to make it due to work or other
reasons let me know asap. we will be discussing the new dates and
locations for PFS in the Boise valley. we will also be discussing
scenario selection and a new event calendar on google+.
