Hope you are doing well. We had a nice meeting of the Boise Data Vis
Group a few weeks ago. We didnt see a lot of the usual attendees and
so I was wondering whether the time/day is not convenient for some of
you. The idea is to get together all the individuals interested in
Data Visualization and hopefully learn from each other. If there are
specific topics that you'd be interested, please email me and we can
work on getting an invited speaker for the same.
Based on such requests, we are going to be hosting our first invited
speakers at our next meeting. We will hear about the use of the
statistical analysis language R and how it can be used in conjunction
with the Google Visualization API. Presenters (you know who you are
:-), please email me and let me know a few dates that would work for
you. Accordingly, I can set up a poll to see what would work best for
our attendees.
