Changes to isaac?

Jord brought to my attention that the links to download BOINC tools for the Mac are broken on the wiki page <http://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/Tools_for_Mac_OS_X>. And when I tried to ssh into the <http://boinc.berkeley.edu/dl> page as I always have in the past, I get:

What happened?
How do I add downloads to this page?
What should the links on the Tools_for_Mac_OS_X wiki page be changed to?

Also, I distribute some of those tools as part of the command-line build of BOINC for the Mac. But I notice that even though I always upload the set of files needed for installing BOINC as a command line tool on the Mac (without installer, Manager or screensaver), for example <http://boinc.berkeley.edu/dl/boinc_7.8.2_macOSX_x86_64.zip>, these have been removed from the <http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download_all.php> page.

Has no one asked for them?
