Create BOINC-Wide Team

The site says to contact David Anderson if you want to convert your team into a BOINC-wide team but I don't know who that is or how to do that. 

Sorry if the answer is easy to find. I'm new to BOINC as of just a couple weeks ago. I've got a team of 20 on SETI@Home and just looking to open up the team for other projects as well.
