White House Tour

Bad news! We were not accepted for the White House tour on Saturday
October 24th.
The excuse I was giving is that we did not request the tour six-months
in advance for a group of our size.
We can slam a healthcare reform bill down everyone's throat in less
than 100 days but need a 180 or more days for a group to tour the
White House.
Anyway we still have the Capitol tour set for Friday at 2:30. There is
room for up to 30 people. Please let me know if you would like to
participate in this tour.

I'm doing alot better.....and i went back to work today! Thanks for asking! I still get winded easily (like 1 flight of stairs) so I'm still hoping for a full recovery by next week!
I think we are going to skip the Capitol tour on Friday.
We really wanted to go get our packets and go to the expo Friday, then go start on some museums.
We've got alot we want to go see! TJ's never been to Wash DC, and the only time I've ever been was during my 8th grade class trip (which coincided with the national gay and lesbian march in DC, so was somewhat traumatic and i've blocked alot of it out)
Anyone up for a Segway tour on Saturday since we're not able to do the White House tour? They look like good, dorky fun :)
