Parking will NOT be an issue because everyone parks at Broadway at the Beach which has thousands of spaces and is only about 300 yards from the start. For convenience why don’t you try some of the hotels that are within walking distance of the start. Look at this link. It will show you some hotels that are at Broadway at the Beach.
