November 20th, 2012 – 5:30 to 6:45

The Bogert Park Neighborhood Association meeting location has been changed to the Library - The Teen Room, first floor, east side of the library, near the stairs. 

Meeting starts on time and ends on time

 

 

1. Opening and introductions of neighbors and officers.

 

2. Feedback from neighbors on their value of the Association…

 

3. Open discussion on relevant and current issues facing the HOOD…

A. Neighborhood Watch Program

B. Parking… Less and Less and Less…

 

4. Presentation of committee structure to give everyone a chance to participate in our Association.

A. Bogart Park (Includes Farmers Market, Band Shell and Parks and Rec.)

B. Bozeman Public Library (Liaison)

C. Pete’s Hill Parking Lot – See below (5.A.)

D. Sweet Pea

E. Main Street – includes Soptimist Park, downtown business and DBA

F. Street Representative for each of our neighborhood Streets.

G. Parking Commission. (Liaison)

H. Membership and Meeting Schedule

I.  Neighborhood Watch Program…

 

5. Project discussion for the coming year…

 
A.   Sponsorship of Pete’s Hill Parking Lot in conjunction with the parks Department.

This includes some minor maintenance and expansion of Trees, Shrubs and Flowers.

Proper signage would be provided by Parks and Rec. for the Sponsors…

B.    Report from Bogart Park Foundation.
C.    Report from Park and Rec. Board
D.   Report from Bozeman Sculpture Park
E.    Report from Bozeman Public Library… Inc Land use planning
F.    Report from INC.  (Inter-Neighborhood Council)
