Dear Neighbor,
As you are undoubtedly aware by now, the Greater Yellowstone Coalition is in the process of renovating a warehouse at 215 S. Wallace and we could move into our new home as early as November. We are excited about becoming a part of your vibrant neighborhood, and we look forward to a long and cooperative relationship with you.
One of our goals during this eight-month process to is to be as unintrusive as possible. Our contractor is reusing as many of the materials already in the building, which will somewhat reduce delivery traffic. But there will be minor impacts during the day, most noticeably as workers park in the lane in front of the building.
We appreciate your patience during this process and will keep you apprised of any noteworthy updates as the project moves along. In the meantime, please feel free to call us at 586-1593 if you have any questions or concerns.
This project is a significant step in the evolution of our organization. It affirms our long-term commitment to Bozeman and our continued work to protect the integrity of the lands, waters, wildlife and communities of Greater Yellowstone. As such, our new offices will be LEED-certified and have been designed with a keen eye on meshing with the unique character of your neighborhood.
As our move-in date nears, we will invite you over for a tour and house-warming party. And once we’re settled, we hope you’ll stop by, enjoy our exhibits, and say hello!
Sincerely,
Mike Clark
Executive director, Greater Yellowstone Coalition
