I don't take anything regularly except for a 200 mg caffeine tablet in
the morning. At times I've gone totally clean for a month or so.
Not that I have anything against drugs (of any sort). I just don't
take anything *regularly*.

Well, I do eat chocolate now and then, but I guess that doesn't count.
I seem to be pretty happy with my life at the moment, except when some
luser gets in here and force me to work...
There was a time where I could've used anti-depressant, but that
lasted less than a year.

[1] As the lack of funds for the former is often a cause of the
latter, it all balances out quite well.

I try to control my depression with stress management. It's worked pretty
well for the past few years. There are times, though, when I think I might
like a little something to cut the anxiety.
