Dear Colleagues,

Thank you very much for contributing to our initiative at Hopkins—providing benchmarks for (i) segmentation models, (ii) pre-training strategies, or (iii) both.

We understand there have been difficulties downloading the 300+ GB file from Dropbox. Here are alternative download options for AbdomenAtlas 1.0 (We are exploring additional options and will keep you updated):

AbdomenAtlas Series & Challenges

We'll be progressively releasing the AbdomenAtlas series through various challenge events:

  • ISBI-2024 Challenge (invite-only): If your colleagues wish to participate with AbdomenAtlas 1.0, please have them send their CVs to bodymaps...@gmail.com
  • MICCAI-2024 Challenge (public): AbdomenAtlas 1.1 will be fully accessible. To stay informed, please encourage interested colleagues to subscribe to body...@googlegroups.com

More details can be found in this poster.

[Important!] We welcome clinical, academic, and industry partners to help us expand the AbdomenAtlas project in terms of numbers of CT volumes and annotated classes.

You have our permission to use this AbdomenAtlas 1.0 if it is helpful for your upcoming submissions (e.g., MICCAI, ECCV, NeurIPS, etc.).

Please consider citing these two papers if the dataset is used.
