200gms Cottage Cheese

6 200gms Steak
4 Spinach
11 Lemons
4 Tomatoes
1 Apple
4 Celery Sticks
4 250ml Plain Yogurt
Coffee
2 200gms Fish
Sugar
3 Pieces, Chicken
2 Cauliflower
2 Toast
