Join us Sunday November 19th for an online only Sunday Slowdown. Please join us on Zoom, 3-4:30 pm for meditation and book study.

Class will consist of 25-30 mins of meditation following with a book study session. 

We are studying Shamar Rinpoche's book: Buddha Nature (Please read the Introduction before the class.)

First time guest are always welcome. Books are not required to attend the sessions. Please feel free to join us just for meditation if you wish!
