This class explores how the path of meditation unfolds through progressive stages of calm abiding. Drawing from Shamar Rinpoche’s Boundless Awakening, and Gampopa's Jewel Ornament of Liberation, we will look at the natural development of stability, clarity, and ease in practice, as well as the common challenges and supports along the way. The session offers both practical guidance and inspiration for deepening one’s meditation, whether new to the path or seeking to strengthen an established practice.
