Khaydroup teaches Samatha and Vipashyana, A Map for Entering Mind Space Feb 29 Thurs 7-9PM  Using Shamar Rinpoche's practice manual, Boundless Wisdom, this class will offer experiential exploration of Shamatha and Vipashyana through guided meditations, teachings, and the opportunity to share through discussion. Before these classes, Khaydroup has requested that participants read this text here. No registration needed.

March 2 & 3, 9AM-1PM each day 
In these two mornings, students will have the opportunity to broaden their experience of meditation practice, by being guided through a selection of exercises from Shamar Rinpoche's Mahamudra meditation manual. "Realize that there is no other occupation in life more worthwhile than meditation." Teacher: Khaydroup Zangmo is the resident teacher of Bodhi Path Pasadena. In 1990, while in India,
