Is this plant chakramarda? Cassia tora?

Dear,

Chakramarda is Sanskrit name of Cassia tora, Chakramarda seed medicated oil is drug of choice in Eczema; the Eczematous lesions are round-circular in shapes mostly, so it is Chakra and Marda is destruction, hence Chakramarda. In Marathi it is called Takla or Tarvanta, the leaves are used as vegetable also. In Hindi it is called Pavand.
