Thanks for the post Deepak ji... Nice photographs of the plant & fruits... the flowers are very similar to Tabernaemontana divaricata, used medicinally in similar conditions. 
the drug seems to be Tabernaemontana heyneana (Ervatamia heyneana), Apocynaceae... A source of Nandi Vruksha in Ayurveda... The Bark of this plant is an excellent source of medicine in fevers. Called as "Maddarasa" in Tulu Language, which means King of all medicines.

Tabernaemontana heyneana Wall. - APOCYNACEAE

Synonym : Eravatamia heyneana (Wall.) Cooke

Vernacular names : Tamil: Kundalappala, Palvadi  Malayalam: Kunninpala  Kannada: Bilikodsalu, Halmeti, Maddarassa gida, Madle mara, Nagarkuda.

 

Botanical descriptions :

Habit :

Deciduous trees, up to 8 m tall.

Trunk & Bark :

Bark grey, scaly, blaze pinkish cream.

Branches and Branchlets :

Branchlets terete, glabrous.

Exudates :

Latex milky white.

Leaves :

Leaves simple, opposite, pairs unequal, decussate; petiole 0.6-2 cm long with a short clasping sheath at base; lamina 10-25 x 3-8.5 cm, narrow elliptic, apex caudate acuminate, base acute or attenuate with decurrent, margin entire, subchartaceous, glabrous; secondary_nerves 8-15 pairs; tertiary_nerves reticulate.

Inflorescence / Flower :

Flowers in terminal cymes, white, fragrant.

Fruit and Seed :

Follicles, boat-shaped, orange-yellow; seeds many arillate.
