Hello all

Thanks for the photos and information.

In a market in Bangalore (K.R.Puram), a lady used to sell a herb under the name Diabetes soppu.
Her claim was that it can drastically reduce the blood sugar levels on regular intake as diet.
This particular drug was very famous among people around that area and had beneficial effects too.
The drug was identified by the Taxonomists at National Ayurveda Dietetics Research Institute (CCRAS) as Mollugo  oppositifolia.
Parpataka bheda was considered as the Ayurvedic equivalent. Greeshma sundara is a new name that I'm coming across.
But this grows abundantly soon after Rains. then Why the name Greeshma sundara?
