LDAP and Google OAuth 2.0 support for BOCA

Hi, there.

I'd like to share a project that adds LDAP and Google OAuth 2.0 support for the BOCA Online Contest Administrator. It can be particularly useful if hosting the application within an university that already has a database of users, so that students could make use of the same credentials. I've been using it in my courses at Ufes since last semester.
