Filtering facet results

Hi,

I have a city based search simple facet: Rio de Janeiro, Amsterdam,
etc. A user can occur on multiple country sites: Netherlands, Brazil
etc. Each user can select multiple cities to be associated with. And
each user can create search profiles on both sites

The problem I now have is that when a user creates a profile on both
country sites, in the site for say the Netherlands, the city search
facet will also show cities from the other countries. So I get a facet
search result in the Netherlands with Rio de Janeiro in it, because a
matched user who has selected Dutch cities will make his "foreign
cities" also show up.

Is there a smart way to filter the facet results so that I would only
have Dutch cities?
