New issue 3 by bobbin.worker: show replacement stitch as button
http://code.google.com/p/bobbinwork/issues/detail?id=3

Show the stitch that is a candidate to replace the highlighted stitch as a
toolbar button. This replaces the list of available stitch.

If the highlighted stitch changes to one with another number of threads,
the replacement stitch should change to a default with the name number of
threads. Clicking the button pops up a dialog showing all fragments in the
diagram with an id and the same number of threads.

Currently all elements with an id are presented as a sequential list of
thumbnail-diagrams. The list should become tool bar button showing the
selected item, clicking it should activate something to select another
item. Perhaps a menu reflecting the XML tree structure with thumbnails.
